ADMIRALS REACH INTO SWEDEN ONCE MORE FOR GOALIE OLSSON

The West Sound Admirals, Members of the Western States Hockey league's Northwest Division, have reached into Sweden and signed another talented hockey player for the 208-19 season.  Goaltender Alex Olsson has signed with West Sound and is excited to be coming to Bremerton to compete.

Olsson has spent time with Saffle HC in Sweden's Division 3 league, and Hudiksvalls HC in Swedens U20 Elite league.

General Manager Dave Daniello now feels his goaltending is set up for the season.  "I am happy with the goaltending we have brought in." said Daniello.  "Having Alex here rounds out our goalie roster and the competition between the three should be beneficial for everyone.    Each one of these goaltenders can grab the starting spot on any given day and I am excited to see it unfold."

Daniello went on to say Olsson came highly recommended.  "I was turned on to Alex by a colleague and I'm sure he won't disappoint.   Once he understands what we are looking for from him here in West Sound, I'm sure he will raise everyone's compete level.  I am very happy to have him with us, and I cant wait to see him making saves for us!  We are extremely pleased to have him as part of the Admirals family"

"I chose [the} West Sound Admirals because it feels like the right fit for me both on and off the ice". says Olsson.  "I am excited to be a part of the Admiral organization from the beginning of a new journey. I will do everything I can to help the team to have a successful first season!" said Olsson of his recent signing with the team.

The Admirals still have some work to do according to GM Daniello.   A few key spots still remain to be filled, but Daniello said he feels it is coming together nicely.   Another announcement will be made tomorrow as more players choose West Sound as their team!
