Bellingham Veterans Vockel and Prexler ready for 18/19 Season

The Bellingham Blazers are proud to announce the signings and return of veteran forwards, TJ Prexler and Spencer Vockel, for the 2018-2019 season. Prexler is from Coquitlam, BC and joined the Blazers in the 2016-2017 season. Vockel is from Kaysville, UT and joined the Blazers part way through the 2016-2017 season.

Entering his final season of junior hockey, Prexler has played in 90 games. The natural play making forward has scored 15 goals, but most of his point production came from his 75 assists for 90 points.

"I can't wait to get started," said Prexler, the young man of few words and a big smile is eager to start the 2018-2019 campaign.

Vockel is also entering his final season of junior hockey. Over his first two seasons, he played in 68 games with 7 goals and 17 assists. His presence is always felt on the ice though for the opposing teams as the always physical Vockel amassed 157 penalty minutes.

"Spencer and TJ are they type of character players and people we build our team around. They are great leaders and people on and off the ice," said Head Coach/GM, Mark Collins.
