DUNN DECIDES ON ADMIRALS
The West Sound Admirals, newest member of the Western States Hockey league, have been on the hunt for talented players to don the Admirals colors. The Admirals are pleased to announce the signing of Houlton Maine's Brandon Dunn for the 2018-19 WSHL season.
"Brandon is a player I have known for a long time and I have had the privilege of coaching him at times over the years." said GM Daniello "He is dedicated, extremely hard working, and is one of those high character players every team is looking for. I am very excited to have Brandon as an Admiral."
The 5' 10" 185lb Dunn just completed his High School senior year and graduated from Houlton High School in Houlton, Maine. Dunn was the recipient of the Mattie Barrett Jacobson Memorial Scholarship.
Brandon had this to say about becoming an Admiral. "My whole life I've had a dream of playing this caliber of hockey. I was lucky enough to link up with a coach [Daniello] along time ago that made a promise that he would help me out in this situation" "With him taking over this new team my dream was granted. I want to thank my mom, my Dad, Gram and Gramp who have been the key factors in helping me achieve my goals throughout the years. For becoming an Admiral, I'm looking forward to completing my long time goals, meeting new family's and people, and fulfilling my over all game; my development, my leadership goals, and self discipline in the sport of Hockey."
