FRESNO, CA - Fresno Monsters (@WSHLMonsters) announced today that the club has signed Canadian defenseman Ty Wright for the 2018-19' season.
Wright, 18, posted 12 points (4 goals, 8 assists) in 48 games with the Fresno Monsters during last season.
"After a solid first year we are excited to have Ty coming back to the Monsters" said Monsters Head Coach Kevin Kaminski. "He brings a great attitude with great leadership skills and a lot of untouched talent offensively."
This will be Ty Wright's second year with the Fresno Monsters and second year playing in the WSHL.
The six-foot-two, 195-pound defenseman is a native of Nanton, Canada.
