New management for the Bremerton Washington team in the Northwest Division for the 2018-2018 season

by Admirals Staff

Bremerton, Wa – The Western States Hockey League has announced new management of the Bremerton Washington team in the Northwest division for the 2018-19 WSHL season.

The West Sound Admirals will join the Seattle Totems, Bellingham Blazers, Southern Oregon Spartans, and Tahoe Icemen competing in the Northwest division.  As in past years the Admirals team will make the Bremerton Ice Center their home rink replacing the former Warriors.

Experienced General Manager David Daniello will lead the Admirals into their inaugural season.  Daniello served as Head Coach and General Manager of the Vancouver Rangers for the 2015-16 & 2016-17 seasons, taking the team to the playoffs both years.

Daniello had this to say about the Admirals joining the league this season “I am very excited for the Admirals to be joining the WSHL.  Bremerton will be a terrific place to showcase our team to the Bremerton fans and the other teams in the league, and I am so excited for the team to become a positive influence on that community.  I want to thank our Commissioner Ron White, and Totems owner Mike Murphy with helping make this a reality, and I look forward to the Admirals being a competitive team that will bring a fun hockey experience to the fans in Bremerton.”

Recruiting has already started!

Daniello has already been on the search for talented players to build the new hockey culture for the West Sound Admirals.  Any players wishing to play for the Admirals or looking for more information should contact General Manager David Daniello with their interest and hockey resume.  You can contact General Manager Daniello at or call 207-542-7899.
