Outliers Vs. IceCats, April 12, 2018 Recap

The Utah Outliers pull a much-needed win against the Idaho IceCats four to two after losing their first game of the Thorne Cup Finals against the Ogden Mustangs Wednesday morning April 11th, 2018. Kane Toriumi (F) helped secure the Outliers win by putting two goals up on the board.

“I was lucky to bang in a couple goals” Says Toriumi, “After a tough loss last night, we had to regroup at the hotel as a team and reset our minds to focus on getting the win today”.

 Erik Safstrom (F) and Oskars Ancitis (F) also helped with one goal apiece. Ancitis also had one assist in the game. The Outliers pitched in with many assist, including Jacob Wanstrom (F), William Wikner (D), Zachary Evans (D), Mattis Wikstrom (F) and two assists from Brandon Krumpshmid (F).  The IceCats feel short after beating the Oklahoma City Blazers the following day with one goal against the Outliers which was scored by Casper Sjodin.
