Swedish D-man, Braun, Signs with Totems
The Seattle Totems are thrilled to announce the signing of Swedish Defensman, Jack Braun! Braun played last season for the Haninge Anchors of J20 Division 1 in Sweden. Braun played in 49 games, while registering 23 goals and 23 assists for 46 points! Braun is going to be a great addition to our family!

TOTEMS, SHIPPEE WILL PLAY FOR SALEM STATE
The Seattle Totems are thrilled to announce that the Totems 2nd all time leader in points, Michael Shippee has committed to Salem State University! In 148 games played, Shippee amassed 80 goals and 166 assists for a total of 246 points. “We are very excited to add Mike Shippee to Salem State! We have been keeping an eye on him over the last 2 seasons At the Western States Hockey League Las Vegas Showcase and have only seen him develop. Mike has the potential to make an impact right away as a freshman this year.” - Salem State Assistant Coach Paul Martone
Swedish forward named to the totems
The Seattle Totems are extremely excited to announce the signing of Skilled Swedish Forward Ricky Bredbreg! Bredbreg is a product from Sweden’s J20 Elit Sundsvall Hockey Club. In 27 games played, Bredbreg complied 8 goals and 8 assists for 16 points.
Totems add to defensive corps
A host of new totems
The Seattle Totems, proud member of the Western States Hockey League, are thrilled to announce the signing of goalie Elvinas Karla, Garrett Powers, goalie Jan Faltus, cousins Albin and Daniel Modin, Brendan Higgins, and Seth Robbins.
Karla, most recently backstopped the Potomac Patriots of the USPHL Premiere (.927 in 27 games) and capped off the year with one international appearance representing Lithuania.
Garret Powers is a 2001, 5’9 165 lb Center/Forward that lead his 18u Seattle Jr Thunderbird to a Bronze Medal at this past seasons USA Hockey 18u Nationals. Garret was the Assistant Captain with 55 goals and 39 assist ending with a 1.65 point per game ave. Garret will be wearing number 9 this next season with the Totes in honor of his Grandpa “Jumbo” Jim Powers former Seattle Totem.
Faltus most recently dressed for TJ Orli Lanskroun of the Czech4 league.
Albin Modin played for Vannas Hockey Club In J20 Elite! Modin will be wearing number 19 for the Totems. Daniel will be joining his cousin Albin in Seattle this year and looking to win a Championship together. Daniel played for Njurunda Hockey Club and registered 30 points in 27 games.
Higgins, a 5’11 175 pound native of Michigan will be looked upon to bolster the Totems' offensive corps.
Robbins comes out of the DME Hockey Academy(USPHL Elite) and had 9G-10A-19PTS in 38 games.
The Totems have also re-signed several players over the weeks including Henry Waite (Pictured above) and Easton Thomas.
The team has strengthened its digital media department with the hiring of Vince Torres who will be acting as the Totems' graphic designer.
