Wranglers resign Nicklas Oda

Nicklas Oda is a returning player to the Steamboat Wranglers this coming season, and his billet family couldn’t be happier to have him back. Nicklas also played for the Thunderbirds in the Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association and Team Seattle, making it to nationals twice. The Oda family then relocated to California, where Nicklas continued playing before he made the move to Steamboat to be a Wrangler last season.

Nicklas writes, “I'm very excited to be coming back and playing for the Steamboat Wranglers. There's no other place I would rather come back to. Steamboat is a great town with great people, a great community, and most importantly a great team. We did great things last year and are expecting to accomplish bigger and better things. Go, Wranglers!”

Nicklas and his trusty Subaru Impreza WRX that he has named “Ashley” will be driving out to Steamboat soon to make it in time for Senior Registration Day at Steamboat Springs High School next month.

Nicklas, drive carefully and we can’t wait to have you back in Steamboat, playing for the Wranglers!
